To All Contestants and the Public: These terms apply to all participants and viewers of this contest.

1. Declaration

All contestants have voluntarily registered as contestants in the above-mentioned voting program and acknowledged that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Declaration.

2. Relationship Between the Parties

All contestants understand and acknowledge that:

• This voting program is organized and managed by the Organizer named above.
• PulseTik Africa only provides the technology platform and related services for online voting, payment processing, analytics, and reporting.
• PulseTik Africa is not the owner, promoter, sponsor, or organizer of this competition unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Responsibility for Voting Revenue

All contestants acknowledge that all voting revenue belongs to the Organizer, subject only to PulseTik Africa's agreed platform commission and applicable transaction charges.

All contestants understand that the Organizer is solely responsible for:

• Managing voting proceeds.
• Prize distribution.
• Event organization.
• Contest administration.
• Financial accountability.
• Communication with contestants.

4. Complaints and Disputes

All contestants agree that complaints relating to any of the following shall first be directed to the Organizer:

• Prize money
• Prize distribution
• Use of voting proceeds
• Event cancellation
• Event postponement
• Contest rules
• Contestant selection
• Judging decisions
• Organizer conduct

5. Platform-Related Issues

All contestants may contact PulseTik Africa directly only regarding matters relating to its platform, including:

• Failure of a valid payment transaction.
• Vote not being recorded correctly.
• Technical platform errors.
• QR or payment system issues.
• Account access issues(NB: Contestants dont have accounts).
• Data protection or privacy concerns.

6. No False Allegations

All contestants agree not to make false, misleading, defamatory, or unverified public statements against PulseTik Africa regarding matters that fall under the Organizer's responsibilities.

7. Platform Records

All contestants acknowledge that PulseTik Africa's electronic transaction records, payment records, voting logs, timestamps, and system logs shall serve as evidence of activities conducted on the platform, subject to applicable law.

8. Privacy

All contestants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of administering this voting program in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Acceptance

By proceeding with their registration, all contestants confirm that:

• They have read these Terms & Declaration.
• They understand the responsibilities of the Organizer and PulseTik Africa.
• They voluntarily agree to participate under these terms.
